I’m an authorised civil celebrant with experience officiating a range of ceremonies, including weddings and funerals.
And just like with my yoga teaching, I am here to support you. Life stage ceremonies come with their share of emotions, decisions, challenges, and joys, and I am committed to working with you to bring your own ceremonials to life.

About Me
I’m Emma, a celebrant working in around the Blue Mountains region. I may work beyond this region with advance notice - feel free to ask me! Thanks for being here and considering my celebrancy services.
As an Australian who lived the majority of my life overseas, I’ve been so lucky to be exposed to various cultures, faiths, and ceremonials from a young age. On top of which, I was intimately involved in developing and hosting my own cross-cultural and interfaith marriage ceremony with my lovely Indian partner!
Being a celebrant allows me the privilege of getting to know people at major junctures in their lives. I love the creativity that can be applied to shape ceremonies of different kinds and spending time getting to know clients to make sure their ceremonies reflect them and their values.
Outside of my life as a celebrant, I am a yoga teacher and a committee member for two local non-profit organisations. In my free time, you’ll find me with family, in nature, or immersed in a good book!
Costs and Conditions
Pricing
Marriage Celebrancy (Complete): a thoroughly personalised marriage ceremony and all the legal documentation required - $1000.
Marriage Celebrancy (Budget): a “no frills” marriage ceremony with all legal documentation and minimal personalisation - $650.
Commitment Ceremony Celebrancy: a thoroughly personalised commitment ceremony - $800.
Vow Renewal Celebrancy: a thoroughly personalised vow renewal ceremony - $800.
Baby Naming Celebrancy: a thoroughly personalised baby naming ceremony - $650.

Payment Structure
Booking fee of $400 is due to reserve your date. The rest of the payment is due 14 days before the ceremony. Payment plans are available upon request.
Refund Policy
The booking fee is non-refundable except in the case where I, the celebrant, need to withdraw my services under unexpected circumstances (e.g. serious illness).
If the ceremony fee is paid in full and the client wishes to cancel my celebrancy services before the ceremony, a partial refund (of the ceremony fee minus the booking fee) may be granted depending how much preparation work I, the celebrant, have already done.
After the ceremony is completed, it is not possible for the client to receive any refund.
